About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Family & Friends Home Care. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our clients in their homes, and for overseeing the care provided by our licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. You will work closely with other members of our healthcare team to develop and manage personalized care plans for our clients that promote their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Requirements
The RN role at Family & Friends Home Care is a dynamic and challenging position that offers a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for growth. As an RN, your primary responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, developing and managing care plans, administering medication, providing wound care, and monitoring vital signs. You will also oversee the care provided by our licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, and ensure that all care is provided in accordance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide education and support, and to ensure that their needs and preferences are met. The ideal candidate for this position will be a registered nurse with excellent clinical skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients.
